Car Park, Accommodation and Hotels

You do not need to take a ticket when you enter the car park. You can easily pay with your bank card/credit card at the barrier when you leave. Tarif : 4,00 EUR

Charging poles for electric cars are available at car park 4. Near the exit, you will find a Tesla fast charging station.

Attention: If you have to park at P1 because our own campus is full, then you have to pay for your parking ticket there. The terminal is located near the crossing at the bridge.

Attention: Parking along side the streets around Kortrijk Xpo is much more expensive. You pay per hour, not per exit. 

Accesdible for disabled 

For people with reduced mobility some places are reserved at car park 3A and car park 6. The standard rates also apply to these places.

CODE OF CONDUCT

You need to pay for this parking place at the entrance. Price = 20 euro/weekend

• Parking your vehicle and placing your sleeping accommodation shall at all times go by in compliance with the directions of the organizers or their representatives. We are willing to take saucer antennas or other preferences into account, but safety shall always be our first priority.
• Please respect the peace and quiet and the order on the accommodation car park. Please be silent during the night and do not play any disturbing music.
• Please take the necessary precautionary measures against fire and theft at all times.
• Children are not allowed to play between the campers: this is in order to guarantee the safety of your child and to prevent damage to the campers.
• Keep your dogs attached to a leash at all times and make sure that they do not disturb the other campers.
• The owner needs to remove dog dirt from his or her dog immediately and correctly.
• On the accommodation car park containers for all sorts of trash are provided. Please use them in a correct way and do not leave any trash lying around.
• Putting up awnings is not allowed and barbequing is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to change this code of conduct at all times.
• If you fail to comply with this code, you may be excluded from the parking site and possibly from the show itself.
• If you still have questions, you can address them to the secretariat at the entrance IN/OUT SOUTH.
